Before your scheduled drop off

• Please have all personal belongings out of your vehicle.

• Please make sure your vehicle exterior is clean. There will be a $15 charge for any vehicle we have to wash before we begin repairs.

• Please have a minimum of ¼ tank of fuel. You may be subject to a convenience fee if we have to put gas in your vehicle prior to service, plus the cost of gas.

Things to keep in mind:

• We cannot give any guaranteed completion date for repairs; there are many factors that go into each claim.

• There is a 3.7% fee to use a credit card (a $500 deductible payment made with a card would be $518.50)

• We take personal checks up to $500

• Payment in full is expected upon delivery of your vehicle

Unrelated damage to your vehicle will be noted at the time of drop off. Please allow for  10-15 minutes for a detailed inspection of your vehicle with our staff. You can decline this step but a signature will be required noting that pre inspection was not done. Planet Paintless will not be found liable for any unrelated damages if inspection is waived.
